Push Back Racking

Push back racking is an efficient pallet storage system that stores pallets multiple positions deep while maintaining easy access from a single aisle. Using a nested cart and rail system, each new pallet pushes the previous one back, allowing pallets to automatically move forward as inventory is removed. It is an excellent solution for warehouses looking to increase storage capacity while maintaining efficient access to multiple SKUs.

Plan Your Storage

Deep Storage, Single Aisle Access

Push back racking stores each lane on a set of nested carts riding on inclined rails. Loading a new pallet pushes the ones behind it back, and removing a pallet lets the next one roll forward to the aisle, so every lane is loaded and unloaded from the same side.

The system can be configured around your pallet sizes, load capacities, lane depths and warehouse layout.
