Pallet Flow Racking

Pallet flow racking is a high density, gravity fed storage system designed to maximize warehouse efficiency while supporting First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management. Pallets are loaded from one end of the rack and automatically flow to the picking face on gravity rollers, improving product rotation, reducing travel time and increasing storage density. It is an ideal solution for high volume operations, cold storage and time sensitive inventory.

01

Supports FIFO Inventory Management

Ideal for perishable, date sensitive and high turnover products.

02

Improves Inventory Rotation

Gravity fed design ensures older inventory is picked first.

03

Reduces Forklift Travel

Separate loading and picking aisles improve efficiency and reduce congestion.

04

Ideal for High Volume Operations

Perfect for distribution centers, food and beverage, and cold storage facilities.

05

Custom Engineered for Your Operation

Designed to match your pallet sizes, inventory flow and warehouse layout.

Plan Your Storage

Storage That Keeps Inventory Moving

Pallet flow racking uses a slight incline and gravity rollers to move each pallet forward as the one ahead is picked. Loading and picking happen on opposite sides of the rack, so stock rotates on its own and forklifts spend less time in the aisles.

The system can be engineered around your pallet sizes, load weights, lane depths and inventory flow.
